The owner and audiologist is a great guy who has really tried to encourage me to wear my hearing aids that I purchased 3 years ago but have never worn. I finally decided I should give them a try. I went back and he patiently went over everything again and I’m wearing them now. It’s nice to work with someone who is so dedicated to what he does. He seems to really care about his patients!
